All spouts are mounted on a greasable ball bearing turntable, which allows the spout to rotate 360 degrees easily and freely.

The heavy-duty 3-point suspension is Cat I/II as standard and is reversible, so the S-180K3 can be front-mounted or rear-mounted.

All S models are fitted with greasable bolts in the centre and top flaps to minimise vibration and extend service life.

The reversible 3-point suspension is bolted with both a through bolt and a locking bolt with lock nut. All bolts are galvanised.

The snow blowers are fitted as standard with a bracket for the PTO axle when the machine is parked. Turn slightly to the side while working with the machine

The main frame of the snow blowers is reinforced at the sides and prepared for mounting the edge blades at both sides.

The gearbox of our -1 version is well protected inside the main frame and easy to remove when servicing the machine.

The heavy-duty rubber guard in front of the fan protects the tractor from stone impacts and the like.

The sturdy auger, with powerful coils and feeds in front of the fan, providing optimal feeding of the fan.

The chain guard on the left side acts as both reinforcement on the main frame and wear plate against the snow edge.

The chain tensioner for the drive chain of the auger is positioned so that it is easy to operate from the outside.

The chain drive has a heavy duty 1" chain and gear wheel on the chain tensioner.

The auger is fitted with robust flanged bearings that can be lubricated from the outside.

The snow blowers have standard lifting eyes for transport or moving to summer storage.

Storage space for up to 10 springbolts, so they are always at hand.

All snow blowers are fitted as standard with both a centre and top flap, which allows you to control the snow stream with great precision.

The oil engine with a gear wheel, which turns the spout 360 degrees, is well protected at the back of the snow blower.

The spout has a standard safety grill fitted to prevent accidental contact with the impeller.

A disc on each end of the auger optimises the flow of snow into the machine.

The height-adjustable special steel wear shoes are standard.

Reversible plain/galvanised wear steel in special wear steel is standard. Also available with serrated wear steel on request.

Manual adjustment of centre and top flaps without using tools. Hydraulic adjustment is an optional extra (item no. 2227).

The powerful toothed rim on the spout is driven by a gear wheel, which is fixed with Loctite on the oil engine and which is securely located under the guard. A very reliable solution.

The top flap can be angled down so that snow can be thrown down between the tractor and the snow blower when passing a side road, for example.

Front- and rear-mounted snow blowers are called dash 3 (-3), which means that the gearbox has 3 PTO connectors. Both connectors on this side are for 1000 rpm. The connector on the left is for rear mounting and the one on the right is for front mounting.

The ventilation on the gearbox is raised to prevent water from entering the gearbox when the snow melts.  

The guard at the gimbal with a springbolt can be turned up without using tools, so that it is easy to replace the springbolt.

The heavy-duty impeller with 4 vane-shaped blades is mounted with a solid bearing yoke and bolted to the axle with 6 pinol screws.

The gimbal at the gearbox has a built-in springbolt as a safety feature in case the snow blower is overloaded. So does the PTO axle. However, this is no guarantee against damage to other parts of the blower.
