The spout has a hydraulic cylinder as standard for adjusting the throwing distance of the snow.

3-point suspension is standard cat. III (96 cm)

All S models are fitted with greasable bolts in the centre and top flaps to minimise vibration and extend service life.

Storage space for up to 10 springbolts, so they are always at hand.

The reversible 3-point suspension is bolted with both a through bolt and a locking bolt with lock nut. All bolts are galvanised.

The snow blowers are fitted as standard with a bracket for the PTO axle when the machine is parked. Turn slightly to the side while working with the machine.

All spouts are mounted on a greasable ball bearing turntable, which allows the spout to rotate 360 degrees easily and freely.

All snow blowers are prepared for mounting wheel sets.

The TTS snow blowers are prepared for the installation of edge blades on both the right and left side, as well as a hydraulic edge blade on the right side.

The gearbox of our -1 version is well protected inside the main frame and easy to remove when servicing the machine.   

Front and rear mounted snow blowers are called dash 3 (-3). Here the gearbox has 3 PTO connectors.

Both connectors on the sides are for 1000 rpm. The connector on the left is for rear mounting and the one on the right is for front mounting.

The heavy-duty rubber guard in front of the fan protects the tractor from stone impacts and the like.

Both sides of the main frame of the snow blowers are in reinforced steel and with welded reinforcements.

The top of the main frame is designed with a profile so that snow does not build up on top of the snow blower.

The sturdy auger, with powerful coils and feeds in front of the fan, providing optimal feeding of the fan.

The gimbal at the gearbox has a built-in springbolt as a safety feature in case the snow blower is overloaded. So does the PTO axle. However, this is no guarantee against damage to other parts of the blower.

The chain guard on the left side is completely smooth and acts both as reinforcement on the main frame and a wear plate against the snow edge.

The chain tensioner for the drive chain of the auger is positioned for easy operation from the outside, while a service hole makes it easy to feel if the chain is tight.

The chain drive has a heavy duty 1" chain and gear wheel on the chain tensioner.

The auger is fitted with robust flanged bearings that can be lubricated from the outside.

The snow blowers have standard lifting eyes for transport or moving to summer storage.

All snow blowers are fitted with both centre and top flaps as standard. Which makes it possible to control the snow jet with great precision. The top flap can be angled down so that snow can be thrown down between the tractor and the snow blower when passing a side road, for example.

The powerful toothed rim on the spout is driven by a gear wheel located on the oil engine, and

which is securely under the shield. A very reliable solution.

The spout has a standard safety grill fitted to prevent accidental contact with the impeller.

A disc on each end of the auger optimises the flow of snow into the machine.

The guard above the auger drive shaft is designed in profile so that snow does not build up on top.

The height-adjustable special steel wear shoes are fitted as standard.

Reversible wear steel smooth/grey in special wear steel is fitted as standard. Also available with serrated wear steel on request.

The Ø500 mm auger ensures a large and stable feed of the snow to the fan. The auger blades are made of high-strength steel.

The ventilation on the gearbox is raised to prevent water from entering the gearbox when the snow melts.  

The heavy-duty impeller with 4 vane-shaped blades is mounted with a solid bearing yoke and bolted to the axle with 6 pinol screws.

The 350 mm deep fan housing is built in durable Domex 420 steel
