Continuous modernisation of production ensures quality

A strong combination of modern machines, including laser cutters and good craftsmanship, ensures that our products meet the customers' high demands for durable and robust machines. Since we develop, manufacture and assemble the machines in our own factory in Denmark, we can quickly adapt production to customer requirements.


This provides a great flexibility for which we have become known for and appreciated by our customers. Having our own production allows us to have a constant overview of each order so that customers receive the correct product on time. Danish efficiency and quality at its best.


CNC lathe with robotic arm

Fransgårds has an advanced CNC lathe with a connected robot arm, which with great precision turns workpieces in minimal time in high quality and thus streamlines the production process.


Laser cutting

Fransgård's advanced laser cutting equipment, with its very high precision, can cut parts in minimal time but in a precise high-quality cut.


Automatic cutting

With our automatic cutting saw, workpieces are cut with very high precision. The machine is fed with blanks in predetermined dimensions, after which the machine itself takes care of feeding the blanks and cutting them according to the encoded dimensions. It gives extra hands to check that everything is following the production plan.


Robotic welders

Several tasks have been optimised and standardised, and therefore, Fransgård has invested in modern robotic welding equipment that performs consistent and high-quality welding tasks. This results in welds that are even stronger and more precise.


Painting

Climate and wear place high demands on the quality of raw materials and finishing. Fransgård continuously invests in modern equipment - from the base coat to the finished product. For the same reason, investments are made in modern spray painting systems. Furthermore, we are investing in a gas-powered heating system for our drying booth, which significantly reduces the environmental impact compared to oil.

Some tasks still require people who perform their craft with great enthusiasm and pride. Our highly trained welders are masters at producing the absolute best quality parts. 


The best raw materials give long durability

Fransgård always meets the high demands for metals that can withstand strong impacts, including heavy-duty Hardox 500 wear shoes and main frames built in Domex 420 high-strength steel. We meet our customers' quality requirements and continuously adapt metal types to match the requested requirements.


Good environment for both people and the climate

At Fransgård, we focus on the environment - both the good working environment and the impact our production and products have on the world around us. With new heat pump systems for heating the factory, we ensure uniform heating throughout all the buildings and therefore avoid thermal bridges in parts of the buildings - to the benefit of employees. The heat pumps also significantly reduce our annual energy consumption.


We achieve further reductions in energy consumption by switching from oil to gas-heated drying booths. We also focus on minimising waste throughout production. In this way, our metal waste has been continuously reduced over the years. The residues that are generated are sent for recycling as far as possible.



Newly planted flower beds around the factory provide better conditions for insects and greater diversity in the local area.


Climate and environment will continue to be a major focus throughout our company.
